Responsibilities of the role include:
Strategy & Business Development. Support in the definition of Clarity strategy, key milestones and business development.
Digital Product, Advanced Analytics & SaaS models
Digital product: supporting in the definition of end to end digital product (use cases, user stories, customer journeys, prototyping, etc.).
Advanced Analytics: developing or acting as a translator in the development of Machine Learning and Big data algorithms for asset management.
SaaS models: helping in the definition of pricing strategy for SaaS solutions (license vs pay per use, freemium models, etc.).
Agile methodologies/ ways of working. Involved in agile sprints of product development.
Operations & Finance. Support to CEO and COO/CFO with ops, P&L, modeling and business projections.
Clients (B2B model - Asset managers). Supporting client acquisition and relationship management: meeting preparation and follow-ups. Also attending meetings with C-level of top asset managers.
Research. Helping in the coordination of research projects with Harvard, MIT, Columbia and Stanford (conceptual problem-solving with top asset managers and academic experts).
Partnerships. Participating in signing and managing relationships with key strategic partnerships
Institutions – United Nations, World Bank, World Economic Forum, Inter-American Development Bank, etc.
Big Data – Palantir (Alex Karp), Addepar (Eric and Justin), Gran Data (Mat Travizano).
Nano -satellites – Planet, Satellogic.
Financial data providers.
Social data providers – MSCI, Sustainalytics, BCorp, etc.

What are we looking for:
Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, statistics, mathematics or business.
2+ years of strategy consulting experience (preferably at a top-tier consulting firm).
Ideally experience in CSR and/or financial industry.
Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills with a deep understanding of graphs and visuals. R/Python/Stata would be a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management, as well as the business and technical communities.
Ability to succeed in a collaborative, start-up paced environment with changing requirements and priorities.
Self-starter and a high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand.
Exceptional problem-solving skills; demonstrated the ability to structure complex problems and develop creative reporting solutions.
Excellent work stream and time management skills.
Creativity and strategic thinking necessary to master both the daily hands-on analysis and the big picture reporting strategy.
Complete fluency in English (minimum C1).
