Clarity is looking for a Head of People, with international experience in fast-paced, tech-oriented culture.  If you’re a driven, smart, creative, and curious individual with a passion for tech and social impact, we are looking for you.



As our Head of Talent, your role is critical: make sure Clarity AI acquires, grows and retains the best talent from all over the world in a fast-paced, tech-oriented culture. You will be in charge of the design and the development of our recruitment processes and strategies at all levels, providing support for all teams in the organization (Tech, Product, Data Science, Research & Business). You will need to assemble a team of HR specialists, shape Clarity's culture and craft the vision that will enable us to reach a global scale and achieve long-term success. What this means: you will leverage your experience in a SaaS/tech company to create a strong, strategically-minded HR team that will own the entire HR workflow (e.g., Recruiting, Talent management, Comp&Ben...etc), reflecting the agility and innovative nature of a best-in-class tech company.

Job based in Madrid, Spain, New York, USA or London after an initial period in Madrid. Open to remote working.

  • Salary proposals are between 10% and 15% above benchmark gross compensation.

What are we looking for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, business or psychology.
  • 5+ years of HR experience at Tech Product Companies.
  • International experience is a must, ideally in both Europe and the USA.
  • Experience in creating  company's culture, doing performance reviews, career path creation, compensation and talent planning etc
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management, as well as the business and technical communities.
  • Self-starter and a high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand.
  • Ability to succeed in a collaborative, start-up paced environment with changing requirements and priorities.
  • Excellent work stream and time management skills.
  • Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Creativity and strategic thinking necessary to master both the daily hands-on tasks and the big picture HR strategy.
  • Complete fluency in English (minimum C1).
